All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during such times.
We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows: Metro cities typically receive orders within 4-7 business days, other cities within 5–8 business days, and remote areas within 7–12 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping on selected products or above a specified order value. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will also be shown during checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email along with a tracking ID within 24–48 hours. You can use the tracking details provided to monitor your shipment status.
Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order (including COD orders), the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO). In such cases, refund (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting shipping and return charges. Re-shipping of returned orders will require additional payment of shipping charges.
